I have the exact same problem and followed the steps however it did not improve my situations I still cannot open attachement of Word or Excel from my work email. When I try to save them I have the same problem. If you have any other ideas they would be greatly appreciated. Mary

thank u so much, i had the same problem, i've spent spent several hours to find solutions until i saw ur post. I can open ms office now from my lotus notes webmail.
