I made cleared my morning schedule and kept detailed notes with each person that I talked to.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;As soon as I reached an impasse with a McAfee CSR, I asked for his or her supervisor. No answer at all, no help on their forum, nobody on the phone, who might have any idea what to do.&lt;BR/&gt;Our new clients are now warned ahead and we are trying to prepare them for such situation (false positive detection of our software) if they use McAfee antivirus.&lt;BR/&gt;AFAIK this is not the first time when they made such a mistake - few months ago (maybe more than year now?) McAfee deleted VNC server application which is mainly used by administrators for remote connection. I now have the procedures for many down but the first thing to do is to upload the file to VirusTotal.com.
